May 12, 2015, "Staff Meeting of The First Half Of 2015" was held in Hefeng Party Activity Center. Presidents, vice presidents, department heads and staffs attended this meeting.

       At the meeting, the President Miao Jianguo made a report on the first half of year.2015  The report analyzes the current challenges met by the marine industry, and made a detailed arrangement based on the analysis of the achievement of annual target of 2014 and of the problems in the work. The meeting pointed out: We must firmly grasp the overall situation of the company's development, improve the quality of design, improve the level of service. Since now the market of shipbuilding industry has been in a depressed state these days, we have to promote confidence, unify our thinking, dare to make an attempt, hold on, and make every efforts to achieve the business objectives of year 2015. Vice-President also gave a detailed report on how to improve the quality of technical design, improve the success rate of the program, reduce error rates, enhance service quality, strengthen internal management.

       The staff meeting no doubt set goals for the work of the second half of year 2015, and made  a clear direction, which will guide and inspire all employees to create a more brilliant future of the company with creative and steadfast perseverance.
