November 21 afternoon, the first session of Jiangdong District "Qualified Operator" ceremony was held in the Yunsheng Group stadium . "Han Guang, Feng Dingxian, Xue Caoche" of our company was awarded as “Qualified Operator", and they not only got honorary certificates and bonuses by the District Council, but also obtained the encouragement by the district leaders.
    The principal of this selection is that "no limitation of Declaration, no too high standard," and that the value of staffs can be recognized!  Three of our company staffs can be selected means that our company pays a lot of attention to employees and great respect for skilled employees. What’s more, it also reflects that our staffs are excellent at ship design skills !
    To be excellent is a habit, and example is the power! We hope that these three staffs can redouble their efforts to reach to the next level, and that other  employees should set them as an example to achieve self-worth!
