 - our institute has won the "Ningbo technology services business model" title

December 2011, our company has passed assessment of Ningbo Science and Technology Services Model Enterprise, and won the title of "municipal technology services business model". This is a manifestation that our company has made a breakthrough in the technology services after obtaining Jiangdong district technology services business model in 2009.

In these two years, our company continued to strengthen the self-management, and made every efforts to improve the level of technology and services. As follows:
    1.Strategic positioning. To increase research efforts and clarify ideas on objectives, positioning, requirements, and other mechanisms and policies for technology services development, to decide strategic objectives and development tasks, to make a plan behavioral development, to identify and highlight key of technology services development;

    2, Talents and technology support. According to Ningbo strategy and  human resource policy, our institute will be actively participated in the development of introducing overseas high-level personnel, technical personnel and management personnel for the enterprise; and we will maximize advantages of existing personnel; besides, we will establish the researching partnership with Shanghai Shipping Technology Institute and Institution of Naval Architecture and Architectural Engineering of Zhejiang Ocean University, and organize regular technical exchanges to achieve the technology innovation.
      3, Business. To build business security system, to improve the service capacity and level, to develop and design advanced, practical, high quality, effective products (ship). The main measures are: to establish the business department taken charge by President Assistant, to develop the mechanism, departmental responsibilities and business processes; to establish accounting of customers, to follow up and pay regular visit to customers,and to communicate with customers in time,to fill in the customer satisfaction table after finishing products and to amend our disadvantages. In this way, we can  improve service levels continuously, improve service quality, and to provide  better service to customers.


 There is still a long way to go, we will provide service with high quality. Based on innovative technology and services, we will better serve customers and we will make a contribution to the development of Ningbo Science and Technology services in the meantime.
